Method
1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Shred the cooked chicken into bite‑sized pieces.
- Quarter the grapes lengthwise.
- Finely chop the celery.
2. Make the Dressing
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Combine the Salad
- Add the shredded chicken, grapes, and celery to the bowl with the dressing.
- Gently fold the mixture together until all ingredients are evenly coated.
4. Adjust Seasoning
- Taste the salad and add additional salt and pepper if needed.
5. Serve or Store
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
