Buldak Ramen Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine:
½ tablespoon Gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
Add the thinly sliced chicken breasts.
Coat thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Buldak Sauce
In a separate bowl, mix together:
Remaining Gochujang
Gochugaru
Soy sauce
Honey or sugar
Minced garlic
Grated ginger
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Black pepper
Stir until smooth and adjust sweetness or heat to taste.
Step 3: Cook the Ramen Noodles
Bring 2 cups of water or chicken broth to a boil.
Add the instant ramen noodles.
Cook for 3–4 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Step 4: Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated chicken.
Cook until fully done and slightly crispy on the edges.
Pour the prepared Buldak sauce over the chicken.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
Toss until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce.
Optional: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and let it melt.
Step 6: Plate and Garnish
Transfer the ramen to a serving bowl.
Garnish with:
Chopped green onions
Sesame seeds
Half a boiled egg (optional)

Adjust spice level: Reduce Gochujang or Gochugaru for a milder version.
Thin the sauce: Add a splash of water or broth if it becomes too thick.
